This site is set-up to supply the best pet products at the best price to web users like yourself. You can place the order online, phone the order in or fax the order with all the information like exact item, shipping address etc. Please include a shipping cost of $4.95 per order for ground shipment. This will keep your cost down if you order in bulk. Also, orders over $100.00 get free GROUND shipping. For international orders additional shipping fees will be charged-usually around $20.00.

PRESCRIPTIONS: To fill an order that requires a prescription, we need to obtain a prescription from your veterinarian.

1) If you have a written prescription from your veterinarian (not a label) you can fax to 1-800-905-6155 or you can mail us a prescription using the address we provide after you place the order. You can also SCAN and email to us at discountpet@aol.com.

2) If you want us to get the prescription please provide the veterinarian's contact information in the last sections of the order form. Please give us the PHONE and FAX number for your veterinarian. Please also enter your name and your PET'S name as it appears in the veterinarian's files. We usually try to obtain a faxed authorization from your veterinarian. Please communicate with your veterinarian in order to expedite the order process even after you place the order. DO NOT place order before talking to your veterinarian. We recommend PRIORITY or EXPRESS MAIL shipping for all prescription orders.

If you are ordering non-prescription items with this order we recommend that you place a separate order for those items. The non-prescription items in an order may be delayed by the prescription items, if both are ordered together.

PRESCRIPTION RE-ORDERS: For prescription refills just place the order normally and under comments mention that you have a prescription on file. The prescription needs to have refills authorized by your veterinarian. Otherwise we need a new prescription.

RETURNS: We stand behind the quality of all our products. You may return any NON-PRESCRIPTION item in its original and unused condition, for any reason, for 30 days after your purchase date. Prescription items are EXCLUDED. You cannot return prescription items. Shipping costs will be deducted. Your credit card will be credited within 48 hours of processing your return.

TAX AND SHIPPING: The followings are some of the important notes about our shipping and handling procedures:

· All orders over $100 are always shipped free through the USPS Mail. We use a flat-rate shipping fee regardless of the total weight of your order or the number of items ordered.

· We make our best effort to ship all items on the same day the order is placed. Generally, any order placed on a business day before 2:30PM PST will be shipped on same day, unless the order contains a prescription item that is not confirmed.

. We also provide USPS Priority Mail ($6.95) and Next Day Air($19.95) by USPS EXPRESS MAIL per order. PLEASE CHOOSE 2nd DAY AIR ON CHECKOUT. The Express mail may take two days depending on time of shipment and the delivery address. Gallon products and other items weighing over 3 lbs. not eligible for Express delivery.

· Sales Tax (8.25%) is charged for all orders within the State of California.
